Media Delivery and Access

Once media is completed, clients will receive access through a secure delivery link or dashboard. Delivered assets may include photos, videos, floor plans, 3D media, and property website links.

Studio R does not guarantee indefinite file storage. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files within the access period provided.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, property size, client responsiveness, and external factors such as weather or access restrictions. Standard real estate shoots are typically delivered by the next business day unless otherwise stated.

Previews and Payment Restrictions

Preview access may be available for certain projects, allowing low-resolution viewing prior to payment completion. Full-resolution downloads and unrestricted usage may remain locked until all invoices are paid in full.

Payment Terms

All pricing, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in the agreed quote or invoice. Payments are processed securely by credit card unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Studio R reserves the right to withhold deliverables for overdue balances.

Packages, Add-ons, and Customization

Packages are curated service bundles designed to meet common marketing needs. Pricing may be based on square footage, property type, or scope.

Clients may add or upgrade services prior to or after booking, subject to availability and revised pricing. Additional work outside the agreed package may incur additional fees.

Custom domains may be purchased or assigned at additional cost and are subject to availability and third-party provider policies.

Property websites do not replace the client’s main business website and are provided as a supplementary marketing tool.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All raw files remain the property of Studio R and are not delivered unless explicitly stated.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final delivered media solely for marketing the specified property or project.

Media may not be sold, sublicensed, transferred, or used for unrelated projects without written permission. Studio R retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments as outlined in the selected package. Additional edits or changes beyond the original scope may result in additional fees.

Creative decisions related to framing, editing, color, pacing, and style are subjective and based on Studio R’s professional standards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated as early as possible. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or if production resources have already been allocated.

Studio R is not responsible for lost deliverables due to limited property access, unprepared locations, or client-caused delays.

Limitation of Liability

Studio R is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, platform, or delivered media.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Third-Party Services

Studio R may use third-party platforms to host files, process payments, or deliver websites. Studio R is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of these third parties.
